That lady on the left... boy was she ever LOST! She was stuck in a deep pit of depression. She could not figure out why the 2 kids that she struggled to conceive, and DESPERATELY wanted, did not FIX her!  She should have been OVER THE MOON with joy but could barely get out of bed. She felt like a failure at EVERY PART OF LIFE, so crippled by the depression that kept her a prisoner in her own house. Things that once brought her happiness and joy, brought nothing but a BLANK STARE and a feeling of being COMPLETELY ALONE. This broken momma would get out of bed as her husband left for work simply because she had no other choice.  She would then spend the day counting down the hours until he would return home and she could crawl into bed and escape the reality and NOT THINK. She was EXISTING. She was not living! She did not LIKE any part of herself, she felt guilty if she went to the store alone on the rare occasion she ventured out!  She felt worthless... she felt selfish... she  fought with her husband constantly.  She just had no idea how to find her way OUT! I say SHE, because that woman is NOT ME... not anymore!

What Changed?

A friend messaged me one day, wanting to show me a program for fitness and nutrition along with an opportunity to earn money at home. We were BROKE with a capital B (Lost a home to foreclosure, Vehicle Repossessed, Bakruptcy, NO CREDIT!) , and even though I did not want to, I agreed to watch the video she had to share. I clicked the link half-heartedly... planning to let it play and politely respond with a "Thank you, but it is not for me." Then, something weird happened. As soon as I sent my order online, I had a sinking feeling in my GUT, I was SCARED and almost canceled... could you IMAGINE if I had?!?! I know I CANNOT!

I remember being a stay at home mom, feeling isolated, lost and ALONE! NO LONGER! I have a whole team of coaches and challengers that have become my best friends!
