What is so important about a meal plan?!?!?

Just like an Architect having a plan to build a house,
to be successful in a healthy journey it is IMPORTANT
to have a plan and track what you eat. This will be
a useful tool especially if you are not moving forward in
your weight loss or seeing the results you thought you would.

This is why I love the SIMPLE COLOR CODED NUTRITION of the
21 Day Fix.

I seriously call this CLEAN EATING for DUMMIES! Here is the thing, I had been eating all healthy foods, but I was overeating! Yes, you can over eat the healthy things too! This system makes eating healthy, whole foods in the right portions SUPER SIMPLE! I am not a nutrition expert, nor do I have to be, but the people who created this system are! I have lost over 70 pounds with this plan...  YEP! This is me! I used to struggle with losing and gain the same 20 pounds over and over. It was a VICIOUS CYCLE I thought I would never be able to break. This is the First TIME in my 41 years that I have lost weight and kept it off, and I am not done yet! Size 26 to a Size 14 and yes still dropping! I was skeptical. I did not think it would work, but I gave it a shot anyway. I had tried EVERY THING else, so why not this!?!?
